2. STAFF/ PERSONNEL
The Librarian and staff represent the face of the library, an important
factor in quality–oriented service. The library staff will provide customer
service for library users. The library personnel compose of the librarians and
staff in their respective areas in compliance with the CMO 22, series of 2021.
J.H. Cerilles State College, Main Campus has one (1) librarian and two (2)
staff.
In adherence to the RA 9246 the library personnel of the JHCSC-
Dumingag Library is qualified to practice the profession as required by the law.
This is manifested by the professional license given by the Professional
Regulation Commission (PRC). Professional identification cards of the
librarians were regularly updated.
