3. Obey the commands of Jesus

1 John 3:24 says, Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God
in him.
“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

John 15:12
“If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we

will come to him and make our home with him. John 14:23.
4. Take Holy Communion
John 6:56 says Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me,

and I in him.
No Christian would ever miss a Holy Communion if they knew this verse, unless
with good reason.

There’s an honor and dishonor associated with Jesus’ call. He knows the beginning

till the end.
The dishonor of not abiding in Jesus: If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown

away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the
fire, and burned. John 15:6

The honor of abiding/remaining in Jesus:
 Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit. John 15: 5

 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my
disciples. John 5:8
 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it

will be done for you. John 15:7
 If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept

my Father’s commandments and abide in his love.
 You are my friends if you do what I command you. John 15:14
 These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy

may be full. John 15:10-11

JOY IS THE FLAG FLOWN HIGH FROM THE HEART WHERE KING JESUS LIVES.

AS THE FATHER HAS LOVED ME, SO HAVE I LOVED YOU.
ABIDE IN MY LOVE.
