1. Introduction

We have discovered that our school learners and parents are not aware of the ways we use
during registration, not only that but also the date of registration, correct document to
come along with whenever they are coming to register they children in grade 1. So we
found ourselves in a difficult situation whereby parents came to us to register their children
while the due date has already passed and some of them came with wrong document and
so on. This book is directing all parents who are willing to register their children with us in
the academic year 2021. As a teacher from Eembaxu combined school I want to give you all
information in this book, we are giving it to children to bring it to you, so you familiarize
yourself with it.

2. Dates, and time of registration

Firstly, I want to give more details about dates of our registration. We are going to
commence our registration for the children who are going into grade 1 on the 26 of October
2020 and it will be in process until 30 November 2020. Meaning the due date will be in 30 of
November this year we will registering children from 8:00 to 14:00. Parents will make note
of that we will not accept any learner coming after the due date. So parents are requested
to come early. They are also informed that spaces are limited so they are requested to come
early.

3. Children who are going to be admitted in grade 1.

We are going to accept children who
already turned 6 years old and who are
turning 6 year old in January 2021 to go
into grade 1. This children must be from
kindergarten or pre-primary. We are not
