going to accept any child who are just coming from without attended above mentioned
phases. There are those children who are already ours which are attending pre -primary in
our school, this children are not going to be registered, they were all registered already
when they started pre-primary with us, and because of this they are just going into grade 1
straight from the pre-primary. The children who are going to be registered are the one
coming from kindergarten and from pre-primary at different schools.

4. Document to come along with when coming to register

your child.

Dear parents, we are requesting you to come along with your child’s birth certificate, proof
that is proofing that your child has attended pre-primary or
kindergarten. There are those children who do not have
birth certificates due to that we are also accepting health
passport for the child who do not have birth certificate. We
are having forms that you have to buy and fill information
about your child and yourself, therefore you are requested
to come along with N$20 so that you can come buy this
form, it has to be filled by all the children we are going to
register. It is important because we it give us information about both of the parents and
child. Why this information is important? The answer to the question are a lot, some of
them are in case of your child get sick at school we can contact you, this form will provide us
your contact number, we can talk to you about your child’s academic, how your child is
performing at school. This form also help us to know your child’s problems to help him\her,
example if she\he is having a problem of maybe hearing she\he cannot hear proper or
problem of sight to make sure your child always sit in front. So you will fill all of those in that
form. It is important.
