Carol serves as the Operations and Program Coordinator for the School of Nursing, Health, & Exercise Science and the

Department of Health and Exercise Science at The College of New Jersey. She has been with TCNJ since 2007.

Prior to joining TCNJ, Carol has worked in multiple sectors including Administration, Management, Logistics, Healthcare,

Finance, and Information Technology including system network management, software development, conversion, and

design. She has previously been employed with the Walt Disney Company, Pepsi Co, National Semiconductor, DR&F

Accountants, Accountable Software Associates, CG Mental Health Associates. Her experience encompasses a wide range

of expertise in office management including healthcare management, budget forecasting and analysis, customer service,

technology support, videography, web design, software development, conversion and training, social media design,

events planning, and much more. She was instrumental in creating the Health and Exercise Science Alumni Chapter and

actively supports the association. She produces our School’s events. She has been instrumental during this pandemic at

helping faculty pivot to online and the use of technology. She had led the efforts to produce our White Coat Ceremony
virtually and this Gala. She serves on the gala committee and the corporate advisory board. She works tirelessly to

support all aspects of our school. She is the “wind beneath our wings.”
