                        Isolating self

Do you or someone you care about have any of these symptoms?

Anyone that has been a family caregiver for a while has a 40
percent chance that they do. Unchecked, these symptoms can lead
to even more severe problems, even death.

                Adverse Outcomes.

Family caregivers suffering from burnout may experience some of
                these adverse outcomes:

Spouse caregivers often have health issues. It can be extremely
dangerous to have someone caring for another that is in poor
                      health themselves.

More than 60% of caregivers say their eating habits became
worse after starting to provide care to a loved one.
Six of ten family caregivers are employed. More than 60%

report caregiving negatively impacting their work.
