Product selection
This catalog contains a winter selection of products from relevant brands. The Winter Preorder offer is only valid
for the items listed inside this catalogue. Placing orders through this winter preorder catalogue will ensure timely
deliveries for winter specific product. 2021 will be a difficult year for manufactures, and this preordering window is
your chance to secure availability in an uncertain year.

Delivery dates
Earliest delivery date is Sept. 1st, 2021.
You can choose to get your preorder delivered in 1 or 2 shipments, and you select the split per item number. The
delivery date(-s) you list are recommended and expected delivery could take place +/- 2 weeks accordingly. If
requested delivery dates cannot be met, delivery will happen for the remaining items at the first possible date.
Always check order confirmation for final delivery date.

Payment terms
Payment terms: 60 days net for each delivery.
If delivery is moved to an earlier date (via the +/- 2 weeks window), the original listed date will determine the
payment terms.

Pricing
Prices are shown as preorder price, normal dealer price and MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).

All preorder prices are subject to Brand Program discount additionally, except Schwalbe spiketires, which are
NET prices.
NOTE! All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to e.g., sudden price increases from suppliers or
currency fluctuations.

Shipping cost
All orders placed via this preorder catalog will be shipped free of charge.

Minimum requirements
There are NO minimum requirements regarding order size or delivery time, to be able to use this offer.
You choose what you want to buy, how much you want to buy, and when you want it to be delivered.
Only exception is the Volume Pricing for Schwalbe, where a minimum order value of €10.000 is mandatory.

General conditions
The conditions and offers listed in this catalog only apply for the winter season and is therefore only valid in
January and February 2020.
