Ramsay’s Israeli
Lee Shamir is only twenty-seven years old, but she manages the patisserie
at a restaurant by chef Gordon Ramsay, from the show Hell’s Kitchen.
After the army Lee looks for a hobby and tries her luck with cooking. She
works in a few restaurants in Israel and then goes to study at a culinary
school in New York, where Lee understands that she loves making
desserts the most. And then Lee gets an offer that’s hard to say no to -
living in London and working at Heddon Kitchen restaurant by chef
Ramsay. There are a lot of Israeli flavors in Lee’s desserts - Halva,
watermelon with salty cheese - and the British love it and ask for more.
