Hebrew Curriculum Description
for Kindergartens
Kindergarten Hebrew curriculum integrates and interweaves in an
integrative and coherent manner the following content in order to
achieve gradual progress:
1. Familiarity with the Hebrew letters - identification and naming
of the letters.
2. Acquiring new vocabulary of up to 8 new words for each letter +
expression.
3. Study of topics in Hebrew, some of which are taught
simultaneously in other different subjects such as numbers, body
parts, colors.
4. Learning through conversation.
The curriculum connects students to the Israeli culture in an authentic
way and is based on native “sabra" characters in the filmed dialogue
videos.
In addition, the program is accompanied by a detailed teacher’s guide,
with aids and instructions for more convenient and constructive use of
it, such as:
Assessments for teacher’s use
Digital flash cards
Fun activities
Creative assignments
Online games
Various audio and video sections and more ...
