Binyan Nif'al
General Structure
Infinitive Form
The infinitive form of Binyan Nif’al always begins with ִהְל and
the last vowel
is E. It also has three syllables.
So the sound pattern of Binyan Nif’al is
L'HEE...A...E...
EE...A...E... are the core sound pattern vowels
Example:
to get in - סֵנָכ ִ הְל
Present Tense
In the present tense the first letter ל of the infinitive is omitted and the root of
the verb is preceded by ִנ and the vowels create the sound pattern
