Running the Fastest
After forty six years, there’s a new Israeli record for the hundred meter dash. Nineteen year old
Diana Viseman breaks Esther Roth-Shahamorov’s mythological record from nineteen seventy two,
and sets a new record of eleven seconds and forty five hundredths. This is good news, but (we) have
to remember that Israeli athletics has some more ground to cover. Diana is just starting her career
now, but (you) can say she’s starting it on the right foot.
