Celebrating Independence

Like every year on Independence Day, the President invites the outstanding [male and female]
soldiers to his house, and they get certificates. This year a hundred and twenty one soldiers come,
one more than every year. Eleven soldiers don’t have family in Israel, and (they) have a surprise for
one of them – his father arrives from Ethiopia after seven years they don’t see one another. This
year (they) also celebrate fifty years since the Six Day War at the President’s house.
