Food Truck
This week the first Food Truck festival in Israel will begin in Tel Aviv.
Twelve trucks will participate in the festival, each of which will sell
different food. People think that it’s a lot of fun working on a food truck,
but it’s also cheaper than opening a restaurant. On a truck there are no
waiters, chefs and people washing dishes, it’s just you and the food. In the
United States (you) can see food trucks everywhere, but it’s not like that in
Israel, because there’s a lot of bureaucracy. Like every trend that starts in
the United States, (you) can be sure that it will eventually get here too.
