Halleluiah
Israel is preparing for (its) seventy (years) festivities, and there are many challenges on the way. In
Israel (they) chose the song Halleluiah as the song to accompany the celebration. Gali Atari sang
the song originally, and she won the Eurovision with it as well, but this week (they) said that Eden
Ben Zaken is the singer who will sing it. After a lot of mess, (they) eventually decided that the two
will sing a duet. And while there’s chaos in the government, Minister of Culture Miri Regev is busy
preparing everything (they) need for the ceremony. One day she visits Gali and Eden’s duet and
another she’s visiting the duet for the Hora song by Lior Narkis and Yardena Arazi. So fun that the
country has a birthday.
