Restaurants and Coffee Shops in the German Colony

The German Colony is nowadays an entertainment center with
many restaurants and famous coffee shops: Café Aroma, Coffee
Shop, Café Caffit, Café Masarik, and Café Hillel at the end of
the Colony. In the coffee shops one can (it is possible to) drink
coffee and have (eat) a dairy meal. In 2003 there was a terrorist
attack in Café Hillel.
It was very sad, but the Jerusalemites did not let the terrorist
attack stop life.
The restaurants and the coffee shops in the Colony are open till
late at night and Jerusalemites – young and adult like hanging
out there.
