Beginner-Mid Level:
Curriculum description

This level includes the following content in an
integrative, interactive and coherent way, allowing
students to make significant progress in Hebrew while
enjoying the process:
1. Vocabulary: e-book “Kita Alef” units 1-3
2. Grammar: Infinitives and present tense of Piel and
Pa’al (3 groups)
3. Enrichment: Israeli songs and Jewish Holidays

The curriculum is based on various humorous texts, which depict people in
daily and common situations. The student will meet family members,
friends, teachers and students, principals and staff members. In addition, the
student will encounter Inbar, an Israeli girl who tells her story gradually
throughout the books, thus allowing students to tell their own stories.

The Goal:

To lead the student to the following achievements:
1. Acquire an active vocabulary of about 250 new words: pronouns,
nouns and adjectives- all related to core contents.
2. Master foundational concepts and basic dialogues related to
acquaintance, family, figures and characters, adjectives and history.
3. Master the present tense conjugation of Binyan Pa’al (3 groups) as well
as the infinitive and present forms of Binyan Piel.
