Yekkes
Rehavia is like a neighborhood in Germany with nice houses and a
large garden for everyone.
The people in Rehavia speak German. They love Germany and
want to go back there.
These people are called "Yekkes".
The Yekkes in Rehavia are not socialists like all the people in
Israel. The Jews in the country do not like them.
There are many new things for the Yekkes: Electricity in the
homes and a small and beautiful bus.
The neighborhood in Rehavia is very expensive and many people
want to live there.
