Shavu’ot in the South
The south’s residents are going through a rough time [lit. uneasy days], there are many fires because
of the kites terrorism. And still, the residents decided to celebrate the holiday of Shavu’ot as usual
with a fun water day for the kids. They wore white, brought food and had a ceremony with all of the
babies, like they know to do in Kibuutzes. Keeping tradition and routine is important to them, even
though it isn’t easy to do sometimes. Israel knows it has to stop terrorism, and hopes this happens as
soon as possible.
