Loving Wonder Woman

This is the highlight of Gal Gadot’s career, who with all due respect to
previous movies, this week officially becomes a Hollywood superstar. The
glamorous premiere for one of the biggest films of the summer of two
thousand seventeen, Wonder Woman, starring Gal Gadot from Israel. On
the red carpet in Los Angeles the cameras loved the reunion with Linda
Carter, the first Wonder Woman from the TV show. And when you’re a
superhero you can break protocol and walk the red carpet in fifty dollar
flip-flops. Without underestimating Gal Gadot’s personal accomplishment,
the movie tries to portray a (female) superhero, a woman-princess on the
shoulders of the whom the whole movie rests, especially after Warner
Studios’ row of cinematic failures in the past year. Succeeding with a
strong character, inspired by Greek mythology, and exciting the audience
for the reunion of the superheroes with the Justice League, is a big gamble.
The first reviews praise (it), viewers report that Gal’s Israeli grace and
accent serve the character. Now the question is how much the movie will
make in the box office and how big Gadot’s part will be in the next
movies.
