Putin’s Interest
Almost everything that happens in Syria in recent years is related to Vladimir Putin, and he is the
one who says the last word. So what is Putin's interest? Putin wants to preserve the power of Russia,
he wants and thinks that Assad should remain the president of Syria, because without Assad he
cannot control Syria and be close to Iran. The United States, France and Britain, which are attacking
Syria, are also careful not to harm the Russian interest. He who thinks that Russia is not going to
stay in Syria for a long time - is wrong.
