For a moment (you) could get confused and think that Times Square is a
square in Tel Aviv. Colors of white and blue decorated the streets in honor

of Israel’s seventieth celebrations, and the American ads were changed

with historic images of the Israeli story. A parade in honor of Israel takes
place on Fifth Avenue every year, but this year it was especially festive.

(Those) who were also there are members of BDS, but even they didn’t

bother the joy. It may seem trivial for us, but for the Americans and
Israelis who were there, this was something unforgettable.
