STEP 6: PRESENTATION
■ Reset the agenda at the start of your session; make sure you understand what they are most interested in hearing about.
■ Focus the discussion mainly on their business, they know who you are, the majority of the content should focus on their issues and how you can help them.
■ Pace the presentation, have a great conversation - don’t talk at your client; every five minutes, pause, ask if there are any questions; ask a question yourself “is this an approach you have tried before”.
■ Use your media effectively; do not use a densely - written document; if you use slides, they should emphasise graphics, photographs and illustrations to make your
points; consider using wall charts, videos etc.
