Annotate Permissions

Annotate can be Enabled or Disabled by the host for all users by

accessing the “More” icon – Annotation is ENABLED by default – If

you do not wish to allow your participants to annotate, Disable

the feature at the beginning of the call.

Annotation Tools

The Mouse acts as your cursor, much like an arrow is

commonly used. To advance screens, type in search boxes, or to

click on desired objects in live documents such as Choice Central,

Google, etc. you will need to use either the Mouse, or the
Spotlight feature (described below)

The Select feature allows the HOST to select an area of the

screen to illustrate significance to the presentation – This feature

is not available for participants

The text feature allows text to be added to the screen
