_Undo and Redo act similarly to how they do in Word
or Excel documents whereas you can quickly undo an annotation

or re-add an undone annotation.

_Clear allows you to clear the screen of all drawings,

only your own drawings, OR to only clear the viewers drawings –

*Before moving on to another slide, another page, or another

document, be sure to clear all drawings prior to progressing.

Save allows you to save a screenshot – This is a great tool to

use if you are documenting a discussion and attaching it to

consultation notes.
