Video Meeting Best Practices
If you’re using slides, you might need to consider what kind of material
you’re putting on the screen. Is everything on those slides imperative to the
presentation? In other words, is it something that the owner absolutely
needs to know in order to follow along? Chances are you’ll find a slide or
two, or fifteen, that you can cut out completely while still maintaining
integrity.
Use slides as a starting point to facilitate conversation which could then lead
to you utilizing live action…
