TYPES

Several types of Recount text, there are:

Personal Recount

Tell about the author's personal experience. This type of text is used to
retell an event experienced by one person.

Factual Recount

Presents a report of events that actually happened, this type of
recount text also tells about events or events in the past. The
events narrated were experienced by other people. Even so, it is
certain that this event actually happened.

Imaginative Recount

Presenting imaginative stories based on events that have
occurred. This type of text tells of an event in the past that didn't
actually happen or was just an imagination. This type of text is
also written in a coherent way, but there is no emphasis on
which the actors or characters are in the story.

In some sources, you might found another version of the recount types. In

addition to the types mentioned above, the other two types are: Biographical

Recount and Historical Recount.
