RE. MKRS RING SYSTEM SCAFFOLD
We would certify herein that the ring system scaffolding as supplied by MKRS Ltd has complied with the
structural requirements of BS EN 12810 and BS EN12811-3 with regards to the component testing and
calculation requirements. The following system configurations are therefore deemed adequate for use under the
guidance of the User Manual.

We would confirm that the Component Testing has been undertaken by Testconsult Ltd., who are an
Independent and Nationally Certified Testing Laboratory (UKAS No.0955) and their report (Test Report No.
IR4020 29th August 2012) is in accordance with the requirements of testing as required within BS EN 12810
and BS EN 12811. Professor Mike Godley then undertook an assessment of the strut capacities of the standards
within the 2m lift arrangement using bay lengths of 3.050m, 2.130m and 1.820m and bay widths of 1.130m and
1.570m under the four prescribed tie arrangements of TG:20 and confirmed the capacities in his report No.184
rev A November 2012.
We would also certify that the calculations undertaken in support of the guidance enclosed within the User
Manual and supporting calculations has been undertaken in compliance with the requirements of BS EN 12811
and are suitable for use.
