From fiUqbah bin fiĀmir who said: ‘The Messenger of Allāh  went
out and we were on the front porch (of the Prophet’s masjid in
Madinah). Then he said: “Are there any of you who would wish to
go every day to Buṭḥān or Al-fiAqīq (names of two ditches in Al-
Madinah) in the early morning and return with two she-camels
without committing any sin or severing the relations of his kith and
kin?” We (companions) responded saying: ‘Indeed, we would like
