           Evaluation










                 1. Were there any significant differences
                 in the variety of food supply compared to
                 your home town?


           In each country there were food walks organized, where students and teachers
           actively got to know how food was consumed or bought in various locations.
           Above you can see the outcome. If you look at the result „All countries“ the
           answers were almost equally spread into the four categories. More interesting
           is to see that the more to the center of Europe you get, the less unknown the
           supply of dishes and locations were.



                 2. You have met different food producers
                 and chefs during the exchange and how
                 they reflected upon their production of
                 their goods/dishes. What did you think
                 about these activities?


           In Germany there was a more traditional family farm producing, which
           seemed quite familiar to the participants. On the contrary, the production
           of monks at an island outside Cannes and a restaurant in the archipelago
           outside Stockholm serving dishes reflecting a Japanese philosophy arose
           more interest among the students.
