Philadelphia’s Vertical Current was founded by
trumpeter/composer Christopher Stevens and has fast
become a sought-out band for artists like Grammy
Award-winner Chrisette Michele and the jazz/soul singer
Frank McComb. Comprised of seasoned musicians, the
members have performed and recorded with such
recognizable names as Roberta Flack, John Legend,
Jazmine Sullivan, Jill Scott, and The Roots. Their sound
boasts a mash-up of genres, sure to uplift and inspire.
