Kaleido hails from tough-as-nails Detroit, AKA “The Motor City.” The band is as strong
and solid as Detroit itself. They possess a determined work ethic and the dedication
and drive befitting a band from such a hearty and steadfast American city. Self-
described as straight-up, piss-and-vinegar, Kaleido embodies the modern-day Detroit
incarnation of a rock 'n roll band. They are true road warriors, opening for notable
bands like Seether, Halestorm, and Rob Zombie, and even playing for the Red Rocker
Sammy Hagar's birthday bash. Their 6 years together has seen them play everything
from a rock 'n roll cruise ship to a UK tour -- even a handful of dates on the final Vans
Warped Tour. Their new single "My Enemy,” produced by Johnny K, was forged on
that journey, giving the song a stronger and tougher edge, reflecting the band’s “take
no prisoners” attitude. These warriors of rock stand tall and fight through adversity.
Even in today’s ever-changing music business which presents a minefield of stumbling
blocks for musicians to maneuver, Kaleido is not only persevering, but kicking ass and
taking names!
