It was late in the year 2005
when I first heard “My Heroine” from my
classmate’s borrowed MP3 player. I’ve
been a fan of post-hardcore music ever
since the “Emo” era existed. With the first
few seconds of listening to the song, I
already knew that I was going to love it!
There’s just something about that slow
strumming at the beginning to where it
suddenly switches to heavy guitar riffs
and screaming intro. It gets me every
time! Since then, I have been a fan.
