To us mere mortals, the allure of becoming a rock star may have overshadowed becoming a sports star. The
temptations that the world of rock n roll promise is in fact tempting, to say the least. In a world of pop stars, lip-
synching, and plastic artists, it is refreshing to see young artists who rock! SLEEPLESS SERENADE is a group from
the New Jersey Shore, with members outstretched to upstate New York.

The band is comprised of brothers Pete and Chris, drums and guitar, Matt, bass, and Eric, vocals. They are a
dedicated group of guys who are serious about their craft. They have an incredible support system ranging from
cool parents to rock n roll legends, such as Carmine Appice. They are posed to put “rock” back in “rock n roll”!

Musically, the band sounds like a mesh of early (good) Van Halen and Def Leppard circa 1983. I ran into the band
while they were in New Jersey music mecca Asbury Park recording the video for “She Said To Me,” a great rock
tune that should garner them some attention.
