 What is a Project Charter?
A project charter is a statement of a project’s scope, objective, deliverables, benefits and participants.
The project charter serves as a point of reference for anyone within the business throughout the project.
The Project Charter :
• Provides the delineation of roles and responsibilities
• Outlines key project goals
• Identifies key stakeholders
• Defines the authority of the project manager
