3. The project manager leads the project team to create a communication plan which includes:
• Stakeholder register from the project charter
• Project plan/schedule
• Risk assessment
The communication plan is a live document and as such should be revisited frequently throughout the project.
4. On completion of the deliverables in the planning phase, the project steering team will decide whether the project can progress to the execution phase.
Projects do not go to the CRB at the end of the planning phase for approval to move to the following phase. The ePMO will however monitor project progress and provide dashboards to the CRB upon request, or if escalation
is required.
