An arm of the Global Leadership team. Projects with a capital budget > $0.5m will require an A3OG to be produced and approval from Fujifilm Tokyo. The A3OG Group meets monthly and oversees all A3OG projects.
An FDB-wide initiative to harness employee ideas and make these a reality.
