       Post-Project:
Benefits Realisation
Purpose
There will be occasions when a project exits the closure phase, with the achievement of the business benefits documented in the business case still yet to be fully realised. Where this is the case, the project team will be disbanded, and the project will pass into the benefits realisation stage, managed by the ePMO.
Process
1. The project is monitored in this phase by the ePMO and reported to the ELT by the VP GBC on the achievement of the benefits.
2. If benefits are yet to be achieved, the ELT will request continued monitoring.
3. The ePMO will update the post implementation review document with the results of the benefits realisation phase.
