Cheese omelet
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
grated cheese
1 finely chopped spring onion
1 finely chopped garlic
1 cup oil
How to make cheese eggs:
1. First, mix the eggs with salt, garlic, and scallions.
2. Second, beat the egg and all the ingredients that have been
put into it.
3. Then, heat a wok or Teflon, put a little oil.
4. Put the egg mixture into the pan, cook using low heat.
5. Next, when the bottom of the egg starts to cook, slowly
sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
6. Flip the egg and cook until done.
7. Finally, serve this delicious and appetizing cheese omelet
while still warm.
