The turtle gave an understanding nod, “You did what
you did, we can’t change that now, but the most important
thing is that you did run”. Mahìngan gave a small nod as
he stifled his crying.
The old turtle thought for a second before he got an
idea, “How about we go for a walk?”. Mahìngan was a
little taken back by this but agreed and began to follow
the turtle.
“Where are we going?” asked Mahìngan after they
had been walking for a while.
“Home” replied the turtle.
