                                           Quinolizidine
Quinolizidine alkaloids are common in the beans and legumes of many
members of genus Lupinus family Fabaceae (Leguminosae). Many of them
provide edible beans and legumes, a fact that represents a great hazard. As,
Some Lupinus species are rich in quinolizidine akaloids, and These lupins are
referred to as bitter lupin varieties. Some other Lupinus species are referred to as
sweet lupins because they contain smaller amounts of these toxic alkaloids.

Erythrina is a genus of tropical and subtropical flowering trees in the Family
Fabaceae. The seeds of many species contain potent poisonous indolizidine
                                                           and/or tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid.
