-Pancreatic Lipase digests triglycerides into its
individual parts.
-Long Chain fatty acids (>10 carbons): breaks
down into a monoglyceride and two free fatty
acids.
-Short Chain fatty acids (<10 carbons): breaks
down into glycerol and three free fatty acids.
