Diagram of T. S., L. S., isolated elements and description of the drug in powdered form.
3. Qualitative chemical tests (on the crude drug).
4. Other tests of identity (chromatography as TLC,GC, HPLC, etc..)
II. Purity assurance:
Detection of adulteration if present; Tests of Purity, etc…
III.Other tests (In-vivo, In-vitro pharmacologic, clinical, toxicity, etc…).
