The speed of enzyme action is affected by many factors:
   1- Concentration of the enzyme.
   2- Temperature.
   3- pH.
   4- Substrate concentration.
1- Concentration of the enzyme
       If there is an increase in the amount of the enzyme, the speed of the
reaction that is catalysed will also increase.
2- Temperature
       If the temperature becomes too high, the enzyme will be deactivated
and its catalytic action will cease. The effect of heat on enzymes is of
