Case 1: If the material is powdered to < 1 cm

 Sampler should be used.
 Samplesaretakenfrom coresfrom toptobottom of

thecontainerineachdirection.

 Ifsamplesizeis lessthan100kg → atleast 250 g
istaken.

 If sample size is morethan100kg , repeated

samples notlessthan1/10innumber of the

packagesweretaken,mixedand quartered.
