How to develop TLC method?
• Step 3: Apply sample and standard solutions apply a volume of
(2-8 µl) using glass capillary tube or
microsyringe or automatic applicator near one end of the layer.
• Step 4: Develop the chromatogram in a suitable mobile phase
• Step 5: Detect (or visualize) the resolved spots.
