Sources:

Vitamin A     • Animal source: Liver, Fish oils, Eggs, Butter &cheese.
(Retinoids)   • Plant source: red-orange & yellow colored fruits and

              vegetables (carrot, tomato & potato)

  Vitamin E • Nuts and wheat germ oil and fish liver oils
(Tocopherols)

Vitamin K     • Green leafy vegetables
              • Intestinal bacteria
Vitamin D     • Liver, Fish oils, Eggs, Butter &cheese (animal source) and yeast
(Calciferol)  • Ultraviolet rays of sun light generate vitamin D in animal and

                 human). So vitamin D is called sunshine vitamin
