A Piece of advise
Firstly, let us compare our phone and our mind. When we see closer, we come to know that both phone and
our mind work similarly.The similarity between both phone and mind are storage. Phone stores over photos,
apps, videos, files etc. Whereas our mind stores our feelings, thoughts etc. We all know that phone doesn't
work properly if storage is full with unwanted stuff. Likewise, if our mind is fed up with unnecessary and
negative thoughts, it won't work properly which probably means we can't concentrate on anything. So, like
how you delete unwanted stuff from phone for it to get clear and work properly, clean your mind by doing
meditation whenever you feel tensed. You will be clear and better than ever.
