Our 5 Guru Sahib: Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji

Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji was the Fifth Guru of the Sikhs.
He was born in 1563. He was born in Goindval near
Amritsar in Punjab. His father was our Fourth Guru, Sri
Guru Ram Das Ji. His mother was Bibi Bhani Ji. He had
one son, who became our sixth Guru, Sri Guru
Hargobind Ji.
Guru Arjan Dev Ji gave us many messages.
1. His most important message was that we should live
in the Will of God. If we accept what happens to us as
will of God, then we won’t become upset, of angry or
sad.
2. He told us that it is very important that we have
Guru and good people in our life.
