            raakhaa - give yourself a hug
            eaek - hold index finger of right hand in front
            hamaaraa - place right hand on heart
            suaamee - fold hands together in front of chest

            oothath sukheeaa baithath sukheeaa | bho nehee laagai jaa(n) aisae bujheeaa |
            oothath sukheeaa - from a slightly squatted position slowly rise and raise arms as you stand up
            baithath sukheeaa - lower arms as you return to the slightly squatted position
            bho nehee laagai jaa(n) aisae bujheeaa - wave the pointed finger on right hand side to side

            soe achinthaa - pretend you are sleeping with hands folded and head tilted, resting on hands
            jaag achinthaa - extend arms and stretch as you would when you first wake up in the morning
            jehaa - extend right hand, palm up, in front
            kehaa(n) - with right hand extended, extend left out as well
            prabh thoon varathanthaa - with palm up, cross arms once and then slowly up them up again

            ghar sukh vasiaa - extend arms up and allow fingers to touch overhead representing a house
            baahar sukh paaeiaa - extend arms out in front
            kahu naanak gur manthra dhrirraaeiaa - fold hands in front of chest and sway side to side
