The Floradora is a lesser-known classic cocktail, but an instant hit. Usually it would be
lengthened with ginger ale, but we’re swapping that for ginger syrup and water to
make the ultimate summer slushie. Per 12 litre
1200ml Ginger Syrup
1200ml Lime Juice
2400ml Raspberry Puree
1440ml gin *
6L water
